# How can I record a session?

${color}[#676767](**If you have a Standard or Business subscription you can choose to record the sessions you host in case you would like to re-watch them later on or share them.**)

### How to record the session?

1. Open the **'...'** button on your session toolbar.
2. Select the **Record the session** option.

The option needs to be selected everytime you wish to record a new session. 

###### How to access the session records?

* MacOS: `~/Documents/Drovio/Sessions Records`
* Linux: `~/.drovio/Session Records/`
* Windows: `%UserProfile%\Documents\Drovio\Sessions Records`

| The session records are saved to mkv files and can be played with VLC.
