# No audio from your colleagues

### If your colleague is a Mac user

If you can't hear a specific colleague and they are on macOS, make sure the App permissions for the mic are enabled on their end. You can find more about it in our [Mac users: set up your permissions](/en/article/mac-users-set-up-your-permissions-2yoyp6/) article.
