# Report an issue to the Drovio team

### How to report an issue?

There are multiple ways you can report an issue, either by reaching out to us at ${color}[#f90606](support@drovio.com), clicking on the chat button at the bottom right of your browser, through our [feedback page](https://feedback.drovio.com/) or directly from the app.

To report an issue from the Drovio app:

1. Open the app.
2. Click on the **cog icon** at the top right of the app.
3. Select **Report an issue**
4. Enter or check your name and email address, then describe the issue with details on how we can reproduce it.
