As the presenter who launched the session or the administrator of the session you can add new participants to an ongoing session at any time.

How to invite someone to an ongoing session?

1. Invite a contact from your contact list.

Open the app
Click on Go to contacts
Invite the team member you'd like to add to the session



2. Invite a team member who didn't download the application.

If your session is a scheduled or an instant meeting you can invite a teammate to join your screen through their web browser by sharing the meeting link with them via any messaging platform, such as Slack for example.

If is a scheduled meeting the link will be available in your calendar, when clicking on the event.
If is an instant meeting you can simply copy the link you shared with the other participants.
