How to get my account deleted?


There are 2 ways.


  • You can send us an email at [support@drovio.com](mailto:support@drovio.com?subject=I want to get my Drovio account removed) using the same email address that you're using to sign in Drovio. We'll let you know when we'll proceed with the removal.


  • Or you can use our newly added Delete your account button located in your Drovio Profile page by going to: https://app.drovio.com/account/profile. You will find the red button at the end of the page.


Any credits, team or information, excepting invoices, will be lost. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable.
