Creating a team in Drovio allows you to handle multiple licenses from one account, and with one payment method. 3 distinct roles can be found in a team.

The Team Owner
This is the person who created the team and invited all team members. They're usually also responsible for billing information.
They can add or delete a member account, grant different roles tu the users (member or admin) and they are the only ones who can choose to dissolve the team.

The Administrator
Chosen among team members by the team owner, the administrator may help the team owner in the everyday team's management.
They can manage licenses too (create/delete them) and can also handle payments.

The Member
Team members cannot manage subscriptions, their only responsibility is to enjoy pair programming sessions with their team.
