Install Drovio on Linux

The Linux distributions we officially support (along with the extension of the package you'll have to download):


• ArchLinux
• Ubuntu (24.04 and greater)
• Debian (12 and greater)
• Fedora (36 and greater)
• Rocky Linux (9 and greater)


We have tested the following desktop environments:
• Gnome
• Plasma (KDE)
• Xfce
• i3 window manager


How to install Drovio on Linux


  1. Download the package


Go to our website to download the corresponding package, either x86_64 (amd64) or arm64 (aarch64) depending on your machine architecture


• ArchLinux: .pkg.tar.zst
• Debian/Ubuntu: .deb
• Fedora/Rocky Linux: .rpm



  1. Proceed to installation


• ArchLinux: sudo pacman -U ./drovio.pkg.tar.zst
• Debian/Ubuntu: sudo apt install ./drovio.deb
• Fedora/Rocky Linux: sudo dnf install ./drovio.rpm



  1. Start the application from your desktop environment or from your terminal: drovio
