I see a black screen (macOS only)

When you, as a guest, see a black screen, that means the host's permissions are not set up correctly. Ask your session host to go to their system preferences and enable the "screen sharing" option for Drovio

I don't see any window open (macOS only)

If you can hear your session partner but did not see any window open, minimize the window you are currently on and make sure the Drovio window hasn't opened in the background.
This may happen if you were working full screen as the session started.
