Can’t hear the host when joining a session through Firefox?

If you are joining a Drovio session through Firefox for the first time, the browser's audio might be blocked, preventing you from hearing the host.

What to do if there is no audio from the host?

That means the mediaplay audio permission for Firefox is blocked. Please follow the steps below to activate the audio.

Go to the hamburguer menu in the upper right hand corner of the browser and click on Settings.
Select the the Privacy & Security option from the left menu.
Scroll down all the way down to the Permissions section and click on the Settings button for the Autoplay option.
In the Settings window click on the box next to Default for all websites and select the Allow Audio and Video option.
Make sure you click on the Save changes button before closing the Settings window.

If you were in the middle of a session when activating the browser's audio, you will need to quit the session and rejoin in order for the changes to take place.
