Forgot password? Reset it

Can't remember your password? No worries, you can define a new one as long as you remember the email address you provided.

If you signed up with either Slack or GitHub, there's no need to reset your password because Drovio didn't store any. This article concerns people who usually signed up using their email addresses and have lost their password. If you've lost your access to your Slack or GitHub account, please see their help center or documentation.

From the Drovio app

Open the Drovio app.
Click on the Forgot password? link.
Enter the email address you provided when you created your account then click on the Reset Password button.
Check your emails, you should have received an email from Drovio (don't forget to check the spam inbox if needed!). Click on the Reset my Password button.
Your browser opens. Enter your email address and your new password (twice) then click on the Reset Password button.

From the website

Head to the sign in page.
Click on the Forgot password? link.
Enter the email address you provided when you created your account then click on the Send Email button.
Check your emails, you should have received an email from Drovio. Click on the Reset my Password button.

If you didn't receive any email, be sure to check your spam folder.If you see a message "no account associated to this email", this is because you signed up via Slack or Github.
