Because we know the struggle when you are running a team, we have included the option to add extra billing recipients, so you can easily make sure the billing notifications are automatically sent to anyone who needs it, such as the billing team, company's owner, etc.

How add another recipient for the App invoices?

Go to the Billing section of your administrator profile.
Click on the Recipients tab.
On the box next to Add another recipient enter the email address for the contact that also needs to receive the billing notifications.
Click on Add.

If at some point you need to remove a recipient, simply click on the X next to External contact on the recipient's line.

This option is only available for teams. You need to be a team owner in order to add a billing recipient.
