When you subscribe to a paid plan with Drovio, your credit card is automatically charged on a monthly or annually basis to renew your subscription. In addition to this self-service mode, we also accept payments by invoice or purchase order and with other payment methods than credit cards.

Subscribe to a paid plan

You have two options to subscribe to a paid plan on Drovio:
If you want to pay by credit card, go to https://app.drovio.com/account/billing, click on the plan tab and select how you'd like to be billed (monthly or annually) and one of the paid plans. Follow the on-screen instructions. You'll have to enter your credit card information to proceed.
If you want to pay by invoice or via a purchase order, contact us at sales@drovio.com. We'll be happy to assist!

Conditions for payment by invoice or purchase order

The minimum charge amount when paying by invoice or purchase order is $1000 (or 1000€). Our payment terms are NET 30 days.

We accept the following payment methods:
Wire transfer
Credit card

And we accept different schedules:
Monthly
Quarterly
Annually

When you pay on an annual basis, you get 2 months free with any plan and for any number of users.

How we proceed with payment by invoice or purchase order

When you reach out to us at sales@drovio.com, we'll need a few information before we're able to get the process started:
You provide us with the number of users who would use Drovio, the paid plan you'd need and one of the schedules above
We send you a quote (please provide us with your contact information)
You either sign the quote or send us a purchase order
We credit your Drovio account with the amount on the quote/purchase order and we proceed with the subscription activation
We send you an invoice

If you opt for a schedule other than annually, your Drovio account will automatically consume your credits on a monthly basis. When you run out of credits, you'll receive an email letting you know that you need to contact us or your subscription will automatically switch to a free plan.

Our fair billing policy still applies to unused user seats during your subscription schedule. Your account will automatically get credited and you'll be able to use those credits when you'll renew your subscription.
