How to find the session logs?

We usually ask you for log files to help us troubleshoot a problematic session.


How to find the session logs?


  • On Windows:
    Enter the following path in the Windows search bar: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Drovio\Logs
  • On MacOS:
    Open the finder, select "Go to Folder…" from the "Go" menu enter the filepath: ~/Library/Application Support/Drovio/Logs
  • On Linux:
    Go to folder: ~/.drovio/Logs



You will find 3 types of files (RTC_.log / RTCNativeClient_.log / DROVIO_.log) saved by date and time of each session, please send us the latest ones under DROVIO_.log.
